Lately there have been a lot of Reports without the correct format, this has been getting extremely irritating which is why i'm making this thread.
If you make a report and don't follow the correct format it will be ignored, there's no excuses, it has to be done. If anything it makes your report much more easier to make and makes it x10 easier for the staff. It's just your laziness.
Other thing needed in the report is evidence:
This is a major thing in reporting a user and if you fail to do this then your report will also be ignored. Things such as 'Bob said he did it' isn't legitimate. You need to have screenshot proof or video, not just someone's word or witnesses. Witnesses can be used at times but people have the potential to lie.
Just clearing that up, so don't complain if your report is missing one of the following things, it's just common sense. A report with a format will be taken into consideration before one without, it just gives us staff members a 10x easier job and it takes no effort to add a format.
Also remember that only Staff who're answering the report, the reporter, and the accused may comment on a report. Failing to follow this rule will result in the message deleted and the user given an infraction.
Report Format:
Failing to use this format will result with your report being ignored until the correct format is added, there really is no excuses.
